Early Fall NewsNouvelles du début de l’automne

After a busy summer, we are already at the beginning of the fall. That means that Évelyne is going to be turning one pretty soon. It’s scary how quickly she’s growing. But at the same time, it’s a lot of fun to see her going through every step.

Andrée started taking a Photoshop class at Concordia University on Saturdays so I am taking care of Évelyne for a good chunk of the day. It’s fun to get to spend time with her and see the new things she learned how to do during the week

Work is always busy for me as usual. I am currently preparing course materials to support the release of a new version of our software. It is interesting to learn new things all the time. After all that is done, the new TV season is starting. I have started watching a french TV show called Au nom de la loi on Radio-Canada that is pretty good. At the same time, the sci-fi shows that we watch regularly (Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis and Battlestar Galactica) are taking a break until January so we won’t be overloaded by too much TV.
Après un été bien occupé, nous sommes déjà rendus à l’automne, ce qui veut dire qu’Évelyne aura bientôt un an. Elle grandit tellement vite! Mais en même temps, il est pas mal le fun de la voir passer à travers chaque étape.

Andrée vient de commencer un cours de Photoshop à l’université Concordia les samedis alors je m’occupe de la petite pour une bonne partie de la journée. Il est plaisant de pouvoir passer du temps avec elle et voir toutes les nouvelles choses qu’elle à appris au cours de la semaine

Le travail est toujours aussi occupé pour moi. Je suis présentement en train de préparer des matériels de cours pour supporter la sortie d’une nouvelles version d’un de nos logiciels. Il est toujours intéressant d’apprendre de nouvelles choses. A part tout ça, la nouvelle saison de télévision vient de débuter. J’ai commencé à regarder Au nom de la loi sur Radio-Canada et trouve cette nouvelle émission bien intéressante. Nous émissions de science-fiction régulières (Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis et Battlestar Galactica) viennent de tomber en pause jusqu’en janvier alors nous ne sommes pas complètement débordés.
